Vintage books containing references to Ogston

Privately printed in 1897 and now available online through the archives of the National Library of Scotland. This book contains the history of various branches of the Ogston family back to circa 1200 AD. It contains history, stories, family trees, land and property information, etc. It is a great resource for anyone who is working on their Ogston family tree or just interested in the history of their family.


Printed by the Aberdeen Daily Journal Office in 1909 and now available to read online via the Internet Archive project. This journal contains articles, obituaries, and queries relating to members of the Ogston family.


Printed in Aberdeen by John A. Henderson in 1907 and now available to read online thanks to the Internet Archive project. This book contains a list of epitahs and inscriptions on various head stones, buildings, etc, along with historical, biographical, genealogical, and antiquarian notes. The Ogston name is found within this book at least 14 times.


The seventh edition of this book, compiled and edited by Arthur Charles Fox-Davies and printed in 1929. This book is available online through the Internet Archive project. The Ogston family coat of arms appears in this book with both a detailed image and description.
